Beef Stroganoff

This is one of my favorite recipes and I like to eat it served over rice instead of the usual egg noodles, but you can serve it on noodles or toast too.

  1. In large frying pan, Saute onions and garlic in butter until soft.
  2. Add beef, mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook until beef turns brown.
  4. Add cream of chicken soup and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in sour cream, and mix well.
  7. Serve over rice, egg noodles, or toast.
