Turkey Loaf
Tired of the same old meatloaf? Try a turkey loaf! It's just as tasty as a
traditional meatloaf, but with a slightly different flavor, and with less fat.
- 1 lb Ground turkey (or chicken)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 TBSP horseradish
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Place mixture in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until done.
