ingredients:

½ cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 lb ground beef
1 lb sliced mushrooms
2 TBSP flour
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream


This is one of my favorite recipes and I like to eat it served over rice instead of the usual egg noodles, but you can serve it on noodles or toast too.

In large frying pan, Sauté onions and garlic in butter until soft.

Add beef, mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook until beef turns brown.

Add cream of chicken soup and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Serve over rice, egg noodles, or toast.
