ingredients:

½ lb raw tuna, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Tobasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste


Whether you're watching your cholesterol and looking for substitute recipes for old favorites, or you just want to try something different, this recipe deserves a try. I personally don't like any form of raw meat except for sushi, but I know people who like steak tartare. I wasn't about to try that, so I came up with this version. Enjoy!

Mix all ingredients together.

Serve with crackers.
