ingredients:

1 lb. Ground turkey
(or chicken)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper,
seeded and chopped
¼ cup milk
1 TBSP horseradish
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp dry mustard


Tired of the same old meatloaf? Try a turkey loaf! It's just as tasty as a traditional meatloaf, but with a slightly different flavor, and with less fat.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Place mixture in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until done.
