Dairy-Free Almond Jello

True, most Jellos don't have milk in them anyway, but Almond Jello usually does. Since I know several people who either choose to avoid dairy products, or they simply can't have them, I came up with this dairy-free alternative.

  1. Mix gelatin with cold water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Add hot water and stir.
  3. Stir in rice milk, almond extract, and sugar.
  4. Pour into shallow sheet cake pan and refrigerate.
  5. When set, cut into squares and add desired fruit with syrup.
