ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick™
¼ cup sugar
1 12 oz. can of beer


Ever wonder if there's anything else you can do with beer besides drink it? How about baking bread with it, ever think of that? My Mom did, and here's her recipe for beer biscuits. We usually serve this at family meals like Christmas dinner with some honey butter to spread on them, but they're great anytime with or without something on them.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Beat ingredients together with a mixer.

Pour into greased muffin pans, and bake for 15 minutes, or until done.
