ingredients:

1 can pinto beans, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup Cheddar
cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste


Here's an easy dip that's always a big hit! You can use it as a traditional dip, or as a bottom layer of nacho toppings, or even instead of refried beans in tacos and burritos.

Mix beans in food processor until smooth.

Add mayonnaise, cheese, onions, Tabasco, and salt and pepper. Blend well.

Put in oven safe bowl, and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with chips or crackers.
