ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs
1 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TBSP mustard
2 tsp horseradish sauce
½ tsp dill weed, crushed
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
Paprika
Dill weed


Deviled eggs are a great easy dish to make for picnics, barbecues and parties. They don't take that long to make, and they won't take long to disappear either.

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks into a small bowl.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, dill weed, salt, and pepper to egg yolks and blend until smooth.

Refill egg whites with the yolk mixture, and sprinkle paprika and dill weed on top for garnish.
