Broccoli Cheese Soup
This is my absolute favorite soup. It will warm you up on a cold day, and is surprisingly filling, so it makes a good dinner when you don't want to cook a large meal.
- 1 large package of frozen broccoli
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 5 slices of your favorite cheese
- 2 cups milk
- Cook broccoli in salted boiling water until it starts to soften.
- In blender, combine flour, cheese, and milk.
- Pour cheese mixture into the broccoli and boil until thick, stirring frequently.
- Serve in bowls either plain, or with some shredded cheese on top.
