Cheesy Bean Dip
Here's an easy dip that's always a big hit! You can use it as a traditional dip, or as a bottom layer of nacho toppings, or even instead of refried beans in tacos and burritos.
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix beans in food processor until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, cheese, onions, Tabasco, and salt and pepper. Blend well.
- Put in oven safe bowl, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with chips or crackers.
