Rice Pudding

This thick creamy rice pudding has an interesting citrus flavor that adds an interesting twist to an old classic. I've even made this dessert for people who claim to hate pudding of all kinds, and they loved it! I'm sure that you will too.

  1. Boil rice in water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. In large saucepan, heat up milk.
  3. Add rice and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, then remove from stove.
  4. Beat egg yolks together with sugar, then stir into rice mixture a little at a time while stirring constantly.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Return to stove, on low heat, and stir until thick.
  7. Chill and serve.
