Veggie Loaf

Here's a great tasting alternative to classic meatloaf for vegetarians, or for people looking for a healthier version. It makes a yummy main dish for dinner, and leftovers are great in a sandwich.

  1. Mix tvp with water in a large bowl, and let set until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place mixture in a loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 45 minutes, or until done.
