ingredients:

1 large avocado,
peeled and mashed
1 small tomato, diced
1 green onion, chopped
1 TBSP lime juice
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp chopped cilantro
½ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste


Guacamole makes a great dip, or as a condiment on veggie fajitas and other Mexican dishes. It's very easy to make, but it doesn't keep very well, so make sure that you eat it up the day you make it, or the next day. After that it tends to turn brown and get a little slimy.

Mix all ingredients well with a fork.

Chill and serve with chips or flour tortillas.
